Do you take appointments?
Yes, we take appointments. Please read more details about appointments as following.
- Please allow enough travel time to make sure you arrive on time. We don’t want you to feel rushed before engaging in a nice relaxing procedure.
- Please turn off or silence your cell phone. Let’s leave all the problems outside the door, and treat yourself a peaceful and healthy time period.
- We will try our best to arrange and adjust all the schedules to meet customers’ best need. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointments.
- To avoid the cause of the next scheduled customer waiting, we could only allow 15 min waiting for the late appointment. If you don’t show for your appointment without notice, we will have to cancel your appointment automatically, and put you on the “no show appointment list”, which will affect your next appointment booking in future.
- If you are late for your appointment within 15 min, we might need to adjust the service time we could provide based on the schedule. Please understand we need to make some adjustment for every customer’s best need.
Questions about massage
- We ONLY provide professional and legal services. Please go to a different place if you expect illegal service. Please save your time and ours by taking our word seriously.
- We will always ask where you feel tense, so we know where to focus on. To avoid any possible unpleasant result, please let us know if you ever had any major injuries or surgeries.
- You are welcome to bring your own oil or lotion. Especially when you have sensitive skin, we highly recommend bringing your own hypoallergenic lotion.
- We have different massage plan due to the different time to help you relaxed. But please always let us know if you have your own preference for the massage plan beforehand. Our massage plan is as following:
- 30min: Not enough time for a full body massage, so we will focus on certain area, usually will be back and shoulder, or legs as required.
- 60min: We will work on neck, shoulders, back, lower back, arms and legs.
- 90min: We will work on neck, shoulders, back, lower back, arms, legs and feet. Please let us know which part you need more work on.
Please tell us immediately if you don’t feel uncomfortable during your massage. If you need less pressure, more pressure, faster strokes, or slower strokes, please let us know. If you find the music too loud or feel too hot, too cold, please let us know. We will try our best to solve the problem. Don’t hesitate to ask for extra pillow if you need, or need to take care of the running nose from facing down. We are here to help and provide our best service to customers.
About price
We take Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card, and there will be a 3.5% fee and 4.5% tax. We do not accept insurance.
Deep tissue, Swedish massage, hot stones, or whatever tools and modalities you and your therapist decide will serve you best, are included in our pricing.
The price includes:
- A more spacious and comfortable massage space;
- A bigger collection of luxury massage oils and lotions to choose from;
- Deep cleaned and fully sanitized massage place;
- A disposable massage bed paper with high density fiber, which provides you better protection and more comfortable touch;
- All treatment linens applied on clients are used once only and afterwards will be cleaned.
A majority of our clients tip by cash to their masseuse’s hand. We will still give your masseuse the tip you put on cards. Thank you very much.
